Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the grated cheese and salt.
  • Then carefully cut the bacon into small pieces.
  • Place the bacon in a pan with a little water and fry it over high heat.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a previously salted liter of boiling water. When the pasta is almost al dente, drain it and place it in the pan with the bacon.

  • 5 cups of tomato pulp (500 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley (25 g)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (30 ml)
  • You can add 4 tablespoons of black olives (50 g) to make the dish more colorful.

  • Peel and crush the garlic.
  • Then fry the garlic with a little olive oil over medium heat.
  • When the garlic turns golden, add the sardines and capers.
  • Simmer for 2 minutes.

  • 3 cups of grated Parmesan cheese (300 g)
  • 1 chopped red chili (5 g)

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the tomatoes thoroughly.
  • After cutting and removing the seeds and skin from them, grate them.
  • Cut the bacon into long strips.
  • Then fry the chili pepper and bacon in butter over medium heat until the bacon turns golden.
