This recipe is one of the most popular all over the world. It contains cheap ingredients and is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 jug of clean water.
  • 1 fresh lemon.
  • 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt.

A method of preparing

Put a lemon chopped into eight parts into a jug of clean water. Add a teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt and cover. Let stand for 12 hours at room temperature. The next morning, before breakfast, we drink 3 glasses.

The second way is extremely simple. It is enough to boil the water for 5 minutes. The standard pH of the water is 7.2. If we boil it and wait for it to cool down, the pH rises to 8.4.

Some say that boiled water should be drunk warm. The truth is that it retains its alkalinity when it cools. It is important to keep it in a glass, closed bottle. Alternatively, a stainless steel container can be used.

Just add a teaspoon of baking soda to a glass of water and your pH will rise from 7.2 to 7.9.
