  • 5 tablespoons of lanolin (50 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of sweet almond oil (42 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of glycerin (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of lavender oil (5 g)

A method of preparing

  • In a saucepan, melt 5 tablespoons of lanolin.
  • Meanwhile, in another saucepan, heat sweet almond oil, glycerin and a teaspoon of lavender oil.
  • When the mixing temperature reaches a sufficiently high temperature, add the melted lanolin to it, and then mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  • Finally, pour everything into a glass vessel and wait until it cools down for the preparation to a creamy consistency.

Use

  • Immerse your feet in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
  • After the recommended time has elapsed, dry thoroughly, and then apply a large amount of the previously prepared cream.

2. Natural garlic and olive oil cream
