  • Before pouring into a jug, drain it.

  • We drink one glass in the morning, on an empty stomach, and another two at noon and in the evening.

3. Ginger and lemon

  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger (10 g)
  • 8 slices of cucumber with the skin
  • 2 lemons
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 liter of water

A method of preparing

  • We clean and disinfect all ingredients.
  • Then we cut the lemons into slices.
  • Put everything in a jug and pour water over it.
  • We set aside for the whole night and drink it only in the morning.

How and when?

  • We drink one glass on an empty stomach and the rest during the day.
  • At least 3 times a week.
