It is extremely important that after rinsing off the mask, apply a cream with a high filter before going outside. Many ingredients contain substances that can cause unwanted reactions after exposure to the sun.

1. Milk, aloe and lemon mask

This first recipe is very easy to prepare and should be used once a week for a month.

  • 2 tablespoons of milk (20 ml)
  • 5 tablespoons of lemon juice (50 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of aloe vera pulp (30 g)

A method of preparing

  • Squeeze the lemon into a bowl.
  • Add the milk.
  • Then, cut the aloe vera stem and remove the pulp with a teaspoon. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix everything together and rub the resulting ointment on the dark spots.
  • Then cover the stains with gauze and let it sit for a few hours before washing it off with lukewarm water.

2. Mask made of milk, glycerin, hydrogen peroxide and lemon

This time we will also use milk, which has a softening effect on the skin, and lemon, known for removing stains.

We recommend using it in the evening and repeating it once a week.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of powdered milk (20 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid glycerin (10 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide (10 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (20 ml)

A method of preparing

  • Mix powdered milk with hydrogen peroxide in a bowl.
  • Add glycerin and lemon juice. Stir until a uniform paste is obtained.
  • Then apply the mixture on the dark spots and leave it for 20 minutes. Then rinse with lukewarm water.

3. Mask of cucumber oil and parsley for dark spots

Usually, when you think about the cosmetic uses of cucumber, you usually think of eye compresses to smooth out wrinkles and remove signs of fatigue.

However, combined with other ingredients, this vegetable has a very beneficial effect on dark spots. We recommend using the following mask once a week.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of cucumber pulp (30 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley (20 g)
  • 5 tablespoons of sesame oil (or wheat germ oil) (75 g)

A method of preparing

  • Cut the cucumber in half and extract the pulp with a spoon or rub it on a grater.
  • Wash the parsley and chop as finely as possible. Add to the bowl with the cucumber.
  • Then add the oil and mix. If you want, you can use a blender for better consistency.
  • As soon as you achieve a pasty consistency, apply to dark spots, then wait 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

4. A mask of lemon, aloe vera and moisturizing cream will reduce dark spots

If you do not want to use a 100% natural mask, you can combine the ingredients with your favorite moisturizing cream.

This recipe consists of aloe vera and lemon, two allies that are great at removing stains and smoothing the skin.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of aloe vera (45 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (20 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of moisturizing cream (40 g)

A method of preparing

  • Wash the aloe vera stalk well and remove the spines.
  • Cut it lengthwise and spoon out the pulp.
  • Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the bowl.
  • Then add the cream you use every day. Mix well.
  • Apply the mask on your face.
  • Then leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

5. Mask with olive oil, yogurt, and lemon

This is a great way to remove dark spots while exfoliating the epidermis (thanks to oatmeal).

Here is the perfect recipe not only for dark spots, but also for acne and blackheads. Use once a week for best results.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal (20 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (16 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of natural yoghurt (20 g)

A method of preparing

  • Place the oatmeal in a bowl and add the olive oil with the yogurt.
  • Squeeze the lemon and add to the dish.
  • Mix well until the desired consistency is achieved (add more porridge or yogurt if necessary)
  • Apply on face with circular movements and leave for 15 minutes.
  • Rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a towel.
  • Finally, apply a moisturizing cream.

To avoid dark spots on the skin, we recommend that you use sunscreen and avoid going out at noon. In addition, eat a healthy diet full of vegetables and fruits, and drink 2 liters of water a day.
